Content and method

Depending on your or your organisation's wishes and needs, we will compile a tailor-made programme. We can give the course in person, online and/or blended; in a group or on an individual basis; at your office or at ours. Possible topics in this course include:

• Profiling on an academic level
• Discussing, convincing and giving feedback
• Conducting problem-solving discussions and negotiations
