1. Can I take a course at Radboud in’to Languages?
Yes, but a minimum requirement is that you have completed secondary school in your country of origin. You must also have an A2-level command of a Western language.
2. I want to take the integration exam. Can I prepare for this exam with the Radboud in’to Languages courses?
Yes, you can. You have to take the courses up to level A2.
3. I want to participate in the Staatsexamen NT2 (NT2 state exam) programme 1. Can I prepare for this exam with the Radboud in’to Languages courses?
Yes, you can. You have to take the courses up to level B1.
4. I want to participate in the Staatsexamen NT2 (NT2 state exam) programme 2. Can I prepare for this exam with the Radboud in’to Languages courses?
Yes, you can. You have to take the courses up to level B2.
5. Am I entitled to a DUO loan?
This depends on your personal situation. You can look into this on the DUO website.
6. Can Radboud in’to Languages help with applying for a DUO loan?
No, you are responsible for applying for a loan yourself. You can request the loan via the DUO website.
7. I have a DUO loan. I would like to take a course at Radboud in’to Languages. Can I pay for the Radboud in'to Languages courses with a DUO loan?
Yes, because Radboud in’to Languages has the “Blik op Werk” certification mark.
8. I have a DUO loan. I would like to take a course at Radboud in’to Languages. How does it work and what do I need to do?
As soon as DUO confirms you will be granted a loan, you can register for a course.
We will explain how this works step by step.
- Register for an intake interview
You can do this on our website. You choose a time that suits you and then register. You must enter your personal information when you register. When you are finished, you should immediately receive an e-mail from us confirming your appointment. - You will receive three e-mails
E-mail 1: In this e-mail, your appointment will be confirmed.
E-mail 2: This e-mail contains your username for Radboud in'to Languages. For example: E1234567
E-mail 3: This e-mail contains your activation code. Use this activation code to create a password.
Please note: activate your account immediately. Keep your username and password in a safe place, so that you can refer back to them later. You will need your username and password during all your courses at Radboud in'to Languages. - You have an intake interview at Radboud in’to Languages
The intake interview takes place in our office (Erasmusplein 1, Nijmegen. Ground floor of the Erasmus building). During your intake interview, a lecturer will determine your current level and tell you what level you can register for. The lecturer also provides information about Radboud in’to Languages and the course. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have. - You register for the course via our website
After the intake interview you must register for the course via our website. You need your username and password to register. You have received this from us via e-mail already (see step 2).
You can indicate on the registration form that DUO is paying your fees. The registration form asks you who will be paying the invoice. Choose “Course participant”. There is also an empty box where you can enter a reference. Type “DUO” here (see screenshot below). - You will receive an e-mail with the subject “Registration Confirmation”
Immediately after your registration you will receive an e-mail. This lets you know whether your registration was successful. Please note: You are not officially enrolled yet. This e-mail means that we received your registration request.

The course begins when we have enough registrations. You will receive the final confirmation e-mail approximately 10 days before the course starts.
You are now officially enrolled and can take the course. In this e-mail, you will also find information about the books and where the classes will be held. -
You pick up your books
You will receive a voucher from us on the first day of the course. With this voucher you can pick up the books at Boekhandel Roelants (address: Thomas van Aquinostraat 1a). You do not need to pay for the books yourself. DUO pays for your course and books. We will add the costs of the books to the invoice that is sent to DUO. -
You sign the invoice and the course contract
During the course you sign the invoice that we send to DUO as well as your course contract. The course contract is intended for DUO. This informs DUO that you are taking a course with us.
9. I don’t speak any Dutch at all. Do I have to complete an intake interview?
Have you completed secondary school in your country of origin? Do you have an A2-level command of at least one Western language?
If so, you are welcome to attend an intake interview, even if you do not speak any Dutch.
10. I can’t register via the website. What should I do?
We recommend that you register using a computer or laptop. Registration by mobile phone or tablet is not always possible.
Are you using a computer, but it still is not working? It often helps if you delete the cookies from your computer. You can do this in your browser settings.

11. I have registered for the course, but have not heard anything yet. Should I do something?
After registration, you will receive an e-mail from us immediately. This lets you know whether your registration request was sent successfully. Please note: You are not officially enrolled yet, but your registration request has been received.
The course only begins when we have enough registrations. You will receive the final confirmation e-mail approximately 10 days before the course starts.
Did you not receive an e-mail with the subject “Registration Confirmation”? Contact us immediately at info@into.ru.nl or (0031) 24 361 21 59.
12. Do I have to pay for my books myself?
You do not need to pay for the books yourself. DUO pays for your course and books. We will add the costs of the books to the invoice that is sent to DUO.
13. I have already taken a course at Radboud in’to Languages. Can I participate in the next level?
You can participate in the next level if you have passed the exam for your previous course.
You cannot take the next level if you have not passed the exam for your previous course or if you have not taken the exam.
14. When can I take the exam at the end of a course?
You can take the exam if you have attended at least 80% of the lessons.
15. How often can I take a course at the same level?
You can take an exam a maximum of two times for a course at the same level. If you do not pass the exam after the second time, you cannot continue at Radboud in’to Languages. We recommend that you go to another language provider.
16. How do I register for the next level?
Have you taken a Dutch course at Radboud in’to Languages before, and did you pass the test? You can register for a course immediately. You do not need to do another intake interview. We will explain how this works step by step.

Register via our website with your username and password. You received these with the registration for your first course. You can indicate on the registration form that DUO is paying your fees. 17. Can I take the state exam or the civic integration exam at Radboud in’to Languages?
No. You cannot take the civic integration exam or the NT2 state exam for programme 1 or 2 at Radboud in’to Languages.
Radboud in’to Languages trains you up to the level of these exams.
18. Where is my timetable?
Your timetable is on your personal page. You can get to your personal page by visiting our website. Click on the “personal page” button at the top-right corner of the screen. Log in with your username and password.
19. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Send us an e-mail with your name and username (for example: E1234567). Explain the problem. We will request an activation code for you. You will receive this code via e-mail immediately. You can use it to generate a new password. Did you generate a new password? It takes approximately 30 minutes before you can use it.
20. I have received an e-mail stating my account is expiring, but I am still taking a course. What should I do?
Send us an e-mail with your name and username. Explain the problem. We will extend your account for you.
21. How do I cancel my enrolment in a course?
You can only cancel enrolment by sending an e-mail to cursus@into.ru.nl
You cannot cancel by telephone or by e-mailing any other address.
Our General Terms and Conditions apply when cancelling.
22. How can I claim my travel expenses?
Some municipalities reimburse travel expenses, but not all of them. Ask the municipality where you live if it reimburses your travel expenses.
During the first lesson of your course you will be given an overview of all lessons. The lecturer must sign this overview during each class. You can use this to claim your travel expenses.
Radboud in'to Languages does not reimburse travel expenses.
23. I want to take a customised training course, not a group one. Can I pay for a customised course with a DUO loan?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
