English B2 course - Cambridge First
Do you already have a solid foundation and command of English at B1 level, but would you like to be able to have a more complex conversation fluently or write a detailed text? If so, this English course for advanced students is what you're looking for.
This course immerses you in English and you will learn to speak, write, read, and listen to English confidently and with enjoyment. You will expand your grammar and vocabulary so that you can communicate more fluently in English. This is important, especially if you want to, for example, gain access to a renowned international study programme or work in the international labour market. This course is also ideal as a refresher course.
After this course:
- you will have a command of English at B2 level;
- you will be able to have a conversation fluently and spontaneously in English;
- your message will come across clearly and you will understand the other person well;
- you will be able to write clear and detailed texts and read complex texts on abstract topics and understand the main idea.
Cambridge exam
At the end of the course you will not only have raised your English to a higher level, but you will also be prepared for the Cambridge First Exam (B2): you will know exactly what to expect during the exam and how best to tackle the assignments. You can take a Cambridge exam at one of the British Council examination centres in the Netherlands. If you pass the exam, you will receive a certificate that will enhance your CV on an international level. This certificate is recognised in almost all countries and remains valid throughout your life. You can also take this course if you do not want to take the exam. The exam costs are not included in the course fee. You can register for an exam through The British Council.
