Are you already an advanced learner? Do you have a command of English at the C1 level and want to develop your language skills further to a native speaker’s level? If so, this English course at the native speaker level is what you are looking for.
This course puts the finishing touches to your English. You will develop the skills you need to be skilfully persuasive, to understand and produce complex texts, to hold complex conversations, and to give smooth presentations. This level will really help you stand out in the international labour market.
After this course:
- you will have a command of English at the C2/native level;
- you will be able to understand, read, and comprehend everything with ease;
- you will be able to express yourself spontaneously, fluently, and precisely in every situation;
- you will be able to distinguish different meanings in the most complex texts and conversations;
- you will be able to summarise information from different spoken and written sources and give arguments in a cohesive presentation.
Cambridge exam
At the end of the course you will not only have raised your English to a higher level, but you will also be prepared for the Cambridge Proficiency Exam (B2): you will know exactly what to expect during the exam and how best to tackle the assignments. You can take a Cambridge exam at one of the British Council examination centres in the Netherlands. If you pass the exam, you will receive a certificate that will enhance your CV on an international level. This certificate is recognised in almost all countries and remains valid throughout your life. You can also take this course if you do not want to take the exam.
