The course will be provided entirely online using the Virtual Classroom in Brightspace.
Target Group
Hospitality industry employees and other service staff who communicate directly with international guests and want to improve their English language skills.
Content
We create a tailor-made programme based on the wishes and requirements set by you or your organisation. We can also cover specific themes that are important for your position.
Themes that may be covered during the course:
- greeting and welcoming;
- customer-focused communication: asking and answering questions, informing, reassuring, and advising;
- completing and checking personal information and all associated matters;
- giving directions;
- handling complaints;
- social talk.
Course Design
During a free intake interview, we will determine your starting level, learning objectives, and preferences. We will design a course tailored to your needs based on the interview.

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate from Radboud in’to Languages.
