Improve your German in five days

By completely immersing yourself in a language, you can achieve significant results in a relatively short period of time.  That is the goal of the 5-day immersion programme with Radboud in’to Languages.  Indeed, most of our students achieve an entire CEFR level in growth by the end of the week.

Our programme is designed to keep you speaking, listening to and thinking about the German language from the moment you begin until the end of the day:  ensuring that by the end of the week, you are comfortable and confident to interact and work in a predominantly German environment.

The daily programme combines formal training in the essential skills, as defined by you in consultation with our intensive programme manager, with opportunities to engage with native or near-native speakers in a more informal setting; such as over lunch or general conversation.

Our intensive programmes are held on the Radboud university campus.  Here you can fully immerse yourself in your target language as you engage with different trainers and support staff in German.

The training programme

Your programme will be tailored to your requirements based on a detailed needs analysis created in consultation with you and the head trainer.  Each day will be made up of a variety of instructional hours, time for self-study, reflection and absorption of the language, and opportunities to practice more informal social conversations.

In addition, your training will be further supported through the use of our learning management system, where you can track your progress, access materials from the trainers and practice the language.  Your online material is available for up to a year after the course.

Groups or individual

You can choose to follow your programme on your own or join as a small group.  This could be a group consisting of your friends or work colleagues.  We offer discounts for groups, plus you have the fun of learning with others.

Certificate

At the end of the programme, you will receive a Radboud in’to Languages certificate and a final portfolio containing your personal development progress and follow-up advice.
