What can you expect?
The tailor-made programmes at In’to are really made to measure. The focus is on your learning questions and objectives. Your agenda and requirements are the foundation on which we base our programme.
During a free intake interview we will define your starting level, learning objectives, and requirements. We will discuss which programme would be best suited to your specific situation.
You will receive a training proposal and quotation without obligation. If you accept the quotation, then the trainer/coach will contact you to agree on dates, times, etc.
You will have access to the online learning environment for six months.You will receive a certificate upon completion.
Individual or in a group?
Individual training courses will teach you to get the best from yourself and to communicate with more confidence.
Group courses will focus more on challenges often encountered within your organisation, department, or team.
Training at our location, in-company, online, or blended
- The advantage of in-company training is that employees will not have additional travel time and they will be able to immediately apply what they have learned in practice.
- The advantage of training at our location is that you will be in a completely different environment and you will be able to fully focus on the training without the distraction of daily work activities.
- Online with coaching by a lecturer will save on additional travel time. Please find more information about our online lessons here.
- A blended course offers a mix of in-person meetings and online lessons and assignments.

- Radboud University and Radboud university medical center staff may be entitled to a discount under the language policy discount scheme.
