Registration procedure

You can register for all our open courses using the form on our website or the registration form that can be requested from our secretarial office.
For Dutch courses, an intake is compulsory.

People who wish to register for one of our English courses for the first time have to do a Quick Placement Test (QPT). For first-time French course participants, an intake is compulsory. Please contact our secretarial office to make an appointment:

If you register using the form on our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a formal confirmation letter in the post at the latest two weeks before the course starts.

RU student fee
RU students are obliged to fill in a direct debit form for payment of courses available at the special student discount.
