Clinical genome sequencing

Clinical genome sequencing concerns the analysis of human genomic data such as exome sequencing or whole genome sequencing.

For whom?Clinical Genome Sequencing

The clinical genome sequencing facility is especially of interest to companies and institutes that have and / or generate their own humane exome or whole genome sequencing data, or if they wish to have this done. The facility can provide analyses of these data, quality control, alignment, variant calling, and the annotation of variants.
