Transmission electron microscope (TEM)

The JEOL TEM 2100 is a ‘state-of-the-art’ 200 kV transmission electron microscope (TEM). It offers solutions to a wide range of problems in the areas of material sciences, nano-electronics, and bio-sciences. With the TEM, both 2D and 3D (tomography) recordings can be made. The TEM additionally contains a cryo-holder for work carried out under native conditions and an EDS detector for element analysis.
