Alain van Gool
Through my position as professor of Personalized Healthcare I aim to encourage collaborations between Radboudumc and external parties. A significant part of these collaborations are the Radboudumc Technology Centers, through which Radboudumc makes their facilities and research expertise accessible to researchers and entrepreneurs.
From 1999 to 2011, as a molecular and cellular biologist, I have gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Organon, Schering-Plough, MSD), both in the Netherlands and in Singapore. From 2011 onwards, I have been employed by TNO, working on the development of biomarkers for translational and personalized medicine development. Since 2011, I also coordinated the proteomics platform at the laboratory medicine department at Radboudumc. Do you want to know more about me? You will find it here.
