Application process edition 2022
Registration for all courses is closed. Get a notification when our courses for next summer are open for registration, here.
Below you will find the steps in our application process, please read them carefully before you apply.
To start you application click on the red button "apply":
Step 1: Start: create an account
Simply fill out your surname, first name(s) and e-mail address.
See example below.
Step 2: Registration
- Enter your personal data
- Enter your address
- Choose your summer course(s). Please note that some of our courses takes place in June or July and others in August.
- Submit your registration
- If something is missing or incorrect, you will not be able to proceed. the error will appear in red, so make sure to check all tabs. Please note that the error in the bottom will not disappear immediately after correcting your application; click on 'next' to proceed. If everything is in order, you will automatically go to the next step in your application.
- Please wait a minute till we have processed your registration
It is possible to continue with your application later. We have sent you the account details by e-mail after you have finished step 1. You can login anytime.
Step 3: Application
- Professional details
Fill out your current level of education and where/whether you are enrolled as a student. If your university is a partner of Radboud University, you can select your university from the list. Otherwise enter the name of your university.
- Admission details
If documents are required, you can upload these. Information about admission requirements and admission documents can be found on the course webpage. Do not forget to press the button for ‘upload’.
Indicate how to pay and where you have learnt about Radboud Summer School. You do not have to pay immediately upon registration! After you have been accepted to the summer school you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
Step 4: Overview
On the last page, you can find an overview of everything you filled out. You can still go back to every earlier step by clicking on the buttons ‘Registration’ or ‘Application’. If you feel everything is correct, you can submit your registration.
Within 10 days after you have submitted your application, you will be informed by e-mail whether you are admitted to the course(s) you selected. Once you are admitted we will send you an invoice. Please be aware that only after you have paid the fee, you are officially admitted to Radboud Summer School.
You can check the status of your application anytime, please use the link and login details which you received by e-mail.
