How to apply

Regular

To apply for a Radboud Summer School course, you can follow these steps:

  1. Choose a course: Browse the course offerings and choose the course you would like to attend.
  2. Check the requirements: Make sure you meet the admission requirements for the course you have chosen.
  3. Create an account
  4. Fill out the application form: Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents, such as a CV, a motivation letter and any relevant transcripts or certificates.
    • On the course description page, you'll find the documents that you need for your application
  5. Wait for a decision: Your application will be reviewed by the course organizers, and you will receive a notification of their decision.
  6. Pay the application fee: When you are accepted to attend the course, you will get an AcceptEmail within 3 working days. You can pay for your course via CreditCard or IDEAL.
  7. If applicable, get a visa.
  8. Do not make any non-refundable traveling arrangements yet, but wait for our course confirmation. As soon as enough participants have been accepted to the course, we will inform you if the course will take place this year. The latest we will inform you about this, is 2 working days after the application deadline for your course.

Applying with a scholarship

To apply for a Radboud Summer School course whilst being awarded a scholarship, you can follow these steps:

  1. Choose a course: Browse the course offerings and choose the course you would like to attend.
    • Please note that for an Erasmus+ scholarship, only courses that take place on our campus are eligible for these scholarships.
  2. Check the requirements: Make sure you meet the admission requirements for the course you have chosen.
  3. Only once you have already been granted your scholarship: follow the instructions in the email you received.
  4. Fill out the application form: Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents, such as a CV, a motivation letter and any relevant transcripts or certificates.
    • On the course description page, you'll find the documents that you need for your application
  5. Select 'Pay by Scholarship' and follow the instructions you have received by email.
  6. Wait for a decision: Your application will be reviewed by the course organizers, and you will receive a notification of their decision.
  7. If applicable, get a visa.
  8. Do not make any non-refundable traveling arrangements yet, but wait for our course confirmation. As soon as enough participants have been accepted to the course, we will inform you if the course will take place this year.
