Myrte van Hilten

Myrte van Hilten is a lecturer in English and communication at Radboud in’to Languages. After obtaining her Master’s in Linguistics and Communication Sciences from Radboud University, she now trains (future) researchers and professionals to communicate more effectively about their work. Since 2018, Myrte has taught scientific writing, presenting skills, journalistic writing and English speaking skills to hundreds of students and members of staff of Radboud University. In these diverse, international classrooms, Myrte has gained experience with intercultural communication and has developed her own skills to ensure that everyone feels welcome and safe in her courses. She has recently started sharing her expertise with other teachers, researchers and professionals in workshops on inclusive language.
