In this four year practice-based research project, funded by NRO, the school leaders and board members of two school boards aim at achieving and understanding the development of 21st century school leadership in the practice of primary education, including critical thinking, cultivating creativity and inquiry habit of mind. The project results include a ‘switching language’ enabling school leaders and researchers to connect 21st century researchers’ habits to the leadership and teaching dialogues on educational quality and innovation
