Norma will talk about her PhD research.

Her research will determine the role of seeking and retrieving of Country of Origin Information (COI) by interviewers and decision-makers when examining asylum applications. COI is undoubtedly information that matters. It contains information about countries of origin, habitual residence, and transit or return countries which is used in procedures for the individual assessment of applications for international protection.
