On this website and in our e-mail signatures, we mention our pronouns: she/her, they/them, he/him. The gender neutral pronouns "they/them" may be a preferred option for non-binary persons. Some persons feel comfortable to use more than one set of pronouns. More information about pronoun use may be found here.

This way, we indicate how we would like to be addressed, and we recognize that based on a name or appearance, we cannot make assumptions about how a person would like to be addressed.

"When I share my pronouns it is an invitation to have a more authentic and intimate relationship with me. It's an invitation to be a part of a more inclusive world together [...] When we make this space, it creates an opportunity for all of us to re-examine how our use of languages affects the way we think, and to reconsider the assumptions we make about people in general".
