A Portrait Historié database.

An extension of a research project by the Department of Art History of the historicised portrait in western art is the construction of the Portrait Historié database. The database originally contained works of art created in the Netherlands' Golden Century. The database was transferred to the CKD and is supplemented with Portraits Historiés from the whole of western art history
