Radboud Summer School Historical Demography 2016
The Radboud Summer School ‘Historical Demography: Reconstructing Life Course Dynamics’ took place from 4 July until 15 July 2016 in Nijmegen.
As part of the European Historical Populations Samples Network International Summer Schools, the Radboud Summer School focused on data manipulation and basic logistic regression analysis in R Studio. The main theme of the course was the life course perspective and its use for studying marriage, reproduction and mortality.
A total of 9 students, from Armenia, Belgium, Hungary, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Portugal, Suriname, and Greece, attended the course. All students successfully completed the course.
Radboud Summer School Historical Demography 2015
The Radboud Summer School ‘Historical Demography: Reconstructing Life Course Dynamics’ took place from 19 June until 10 July 2015 in Nijmegen.
As part of the European Historical Populations Samples Network International Summer Schools, the Radboud Summer School focused on data manipulation in Microsoft Access and basic logistic regression analysis in R Studio. The main theme of the course was the life course perspective and its use for studying marriage, reproduction and migration.
A total of 15 students, from Armenia, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Russia and Spain, attended the course.
