About RUNOMI

Migrant inclusion in receiving societies is an essential element in efforts geared at bridging the global-local divide. Migrants in receiving societies – if empowered to exercise their agency – contribute substantially to the wellbeing and prosperity of receiving, transition and origin regions. To create more inclusive societies and urban areas in the medium term, insightful knowledge, coherent visions and actions ought to be developed to foster a different social and economic framework that promotes spatial justice, social dialogue and that fully acknowledges the rich diversity (cultural, ethnic, religious etc.) of societies in Europe and elsewhere.
