A newsletter for judges who need to keep up to date on EU developments in asylum law. This newsletter contains all European legislation and jurisprudence on asylum.
2010-ongoing: Newsletter on European Migration Issues (NEMIS).
A newsletter for judges who need to keep up to date on EU developments in migration and borders law. This newsletter contains all European legislation and jurisprudence on access and residence rights of third country nationals, as well as relevant national judgments on the interpretation of this legislation. To date, some 200 judges actively registered for the Newsletter - and this number is increasing.
