The Represenative Council consists of 15 members. These members all come from various sectors and departments at the faculty.
The rights of the Representative Council include:
- having the right of consent ranging from decisions of the dean, to establishing personnel regulations, regulations regarding ARBO, and a number of regulations of the CAO;
- having the right to advise regarding organisational matters (reorganisations, restructuring, or merging departments) and financial-economic matters (investments, participations)
- having the right to information; the employer has a general information obligation and is expected to report on the activities and results of ‘the organisation’ twice per year
- having the right of initiative.
