Online booking instruments

General instrumentation (GI, FNWI), the Microscopic Imaging Center (MIC) in the RIMLS and the Chemistry groups employ a common platform to reserve devices: bookings.science.ru.nl/ . This booking system has been developped by Fred Melssen, software-developer at CNCZ.

How to proceed to book instruments (see wiki). In short:

  • New users (students and employees of the Radboud University): go to  https://bookings.science.ru.nl/public/auth/login/ subscribe with your s, u, z or e number and accompanying password. You will be asked to enter your first and last name, department, email and cost place (budget holder or head of department). Optional room number.
    New users from outside the Radboud University: contact one of the lab managers.
  • Send an mail to the most appropriate lab manager (see list here right) to ask for confirmation of the registration.
  • After confirmation you will be able to entr Bookings through the Login.
  • As the person in charge of certain equipment (often pending a training) permission to access the booking pages of instruments of your interest.
