Total call budget is € 4.700.000, with each proposal for a minimum of € 500.000 to a maximum of € 1.300.000.     Digital infrastructures together with their connected devices are characterised by complex interdependencies involving various physical and logical layers and connecting a wide range of legacy IT solutions and innovative technologies. Application scenarios include, but are not limited to cybersecurity of communication systems and networks and their components. Innovation Action. Expected EU contribution per project around 4-6M EUR. 4 projects expected to be funded. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 7 by the end of the project.

    Trustworthy methodologies and tools for advanced analysis and verification, and dynamic testing of potentially vulnerable, insecure hardware and software components calls for good practices for system security, with a particular focus on software development tools, IT security metric and guidelines for secure products and services throughout their lifetime. Research and Innovation Action. Expected EU contribution per project around 3-5M EUR. 4 projects expected to be funded. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 4 by the end of the project.

    Contribute to at least three of the expected outcomes: measuring, assessing and standardizing/certifying future-proof cryptography; addressing gaps between the theoretical possibilities offered by quantum resistant cryptography and its practical implementations; quantum resistant cryptographic primitives and protocols encompassed in security solutions; solutions and methods that could be used to migrate from current cryptography towards future-proof cryptography; preparedness for secure information exchange and processing in the advent of large-scale quantum attacks. Innovation Action. Expected EU contribution per project around 3.5-6M EUR. 2 projects expected to be funded. Activities are expected to achieve TRL 6 by the end of the project.
