Sequencing

The Sequencing Facility, embedded in the Radboud University Nijmegen, is a dedicated research infrastructure that provides support for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) based projects for research groups in and outside Nijmegen

We aim to stimulate research and innovation by sharing expertise, providing access to NGS technologies and increasing knowledge transfer. This will enable stronger interaction and collaborations between different research teams, which is further stimulated through embedding of the facility within an active research department.

Services

We provide support for RNA-seq and ChIP-seq experiments, in particular sample preparation, sequencing and basic data analysis. Feel free to contact us also for or other types of NGS based experiments.
