Psychology admission requirements form

The Master’s programme you are applying for requires that you already have some knowledge and competences that the programme is built on. You are kindly asked to download and fill out the admission requirements form below. Please mention the relevant courses you took per field and the number of credits (in ECTS or hours) you obtained, as well as your obtained grade per course. Some courses from your previous education may be relevant for more than one field so feel free to mention them in one or more of the categories. Please include a complete course description and mention the literature required for the course. Feel free to adapt the form if necessary by adding extra rows or by adjusting the cells if you need more space to write. When you’re finished, kindly upload the form to your OSIRIS questionnaire.
