Graduation Statement (for foreign Psychology students only not yet in possession of their diploma)

Psychology students who live abroad and need to prove to a foreign university that they have completed their bachelor’s programme, can apply for a diploma abstract from DUO by sending an e-mail to diplomadiensten@duo.nl. However, if you will continue your studies abroad and are pressed for time due to registration deadlines of the institute abroad, you can request a graduation statement signed by the Examination Board by using this form.

If you live in the Netherlands and will attend a master's in the Netherlands, you do not need a graduation statement from the examination board. All Dutch universities have access to graduation data of students who have graduated in the Netherlands.

Please note: if you are not a foreign Psychology student, you cannot use this form.
