Smooth Communication
The AI department strives for continuous improvement, so we welcome your feedback and suggestions. To ensure that we have an optimal AI programme and that everything runs smoothly, we gather/solicit input from students as efficiently as possible. That way, you can share your feedback and suggestions quickly, and AI staff members can preserve enough of their precious time and resources to work on education and research. So, please try to take the suggestions below into account if you have any feedback or suggestions. While feedback, both negative and positive is welcome, we not only require suggestions related to fixing things that are broken, but also about how to make the AI programme even better.
Remember: Always use your @student.ru.nl email address when communicating with the programme and, do not forget to include your student number.

2. Course feedback and questions
If you have any feedback or suggestions about a course, please consider the following steps:
- Discuss with your fellow students to find out how many students have the same experience and wish to support the feedback or suggestion.
- Let the teacher know directly about your feedback or suggestion, during the break or after a lecture.
- E-mail the lecturer personally about the feedback or suggestion.
- Contact the Student Advisor at any point with questions and feedback.
- If the other options yield no results, contact the students in the Degree Program Committee (DPC) at dpc.ai@student.ru.nl.
- Fill in the course evaluation at the end of the course to help improve the programme for next year.
3. Programme organisation
If you have any feedback or suggestions on the programme (e.g., academic load, order of courses, etc.), please consider the following steps:
- Discuss with your fellow students to find out how many students have the same experience and wish to support the feedback or suggestion.
- If not on a sensitive topic, put the feedback or suggestion on the forum of the respective course.
- E-mail the programme coordinator about the feedback or suggestion
- Contact the Student Advisor at any point with questions and feedback.
- If the other options yield no results, contact the students in the Degree Program Committee (DPC) at dpc.ai@student.ru.nl.
