Workshop: Positive self-talk

On Wednesday 5 October from 19:00 to 21:00 you can participate in an online workshop 'Positive self-talk'. Under the guidance of Tim Rademakers of coaching agency Mental Sports Coaching you will actively work with this frequently used technique from sports and performance psychology.

During the workshop, insight is gained into your own thought patterns and how this affects how you feel and behave. Tools are offered to challenge thoughts and convert them into effective positive thoughts. The workshop ends with writing a script in accordance with the positive self-talk technique, including cue words that you can use immediately. After this workshop, you will be able to have more control over your thoughts, which improves performance.

Workshops from coaching agency Mental Sports Coaching are included in your subscription to the Radboud Sports Centre and are offered as a ticket hour. They do not count in the number of reservations you are allowed to have, so you can always register for participation via our website or via the RSC app.
