How to unsubscribe for a course

You can unsubscribe or sign out from a course via the RSC app or website. This applies to one specific date as well as to the entire series. It works very simply:

Sign out of a course via the app

• Click on 'My agenda' in your RSC app
• Click on the course for which you want to unsubscribe or sign out
• Do you want to cancel for one course date?
  Then click the orange button 'Cancel < specific date >'
  (this must be done before the start of the class)
• Do you want to unsubscribe from the entire course?
  Then click on the red button 'Unsubscribe course'
• Your cancellation is now automatically sent to the instructor

Sign out for a course via the website

• Log in to the RSC Website
• Click on 'Subscriptions' in the red bar at the top
• Now click on the course for which you want to unsubscribe or sign out
• Do you want to sign out for one course date?
  Then click on the orange 'Can’t attend' button behind this date
• Do you want to unsubscribe from the entire course?
  Then click on the red button 'Unsubscribe for whole course'
• Your cancellation is now automatically sent to the instructor

Absent twice without signing out?
If you are absent twice on a course date without signing out in advance, you will automatically be unsubscribed from the entire course, so that we can make another athlete happy with your place. If you sign out in advance in case you can't attend, your place will remain yours. If you are present at your class, you must confirm your attendance by scanning your card at a ticket printer >>
