Welcome to our website! Here you can find all the information surrounding our activities, services, courses and much more. We offer a large array of activities where we focus on deepening faith, but also organise plenty of non-religious activities. After all, the Student Chaplaincy is more than just a place of worship for students. It also serves as a place to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds, to delve into life's questions or to come by for a personal conversation. The chaplains are regularly available and easy to reach through their e-mail addresses.
It doesn't matter who you are, what your faith is and if you even have one at all; student or employee, RU or HAN, you are more than welcome.
Student Chaplaincy: a church, but also a meeting place
What is the Student Chaplaincy for, and for whom? Who are our pastors, what do they do, and what can you contact them for? And how does that benefit students? You can ear it all in this short video! Click here to see the complete film made by HAN student Jordy Ferwerda.
Did you know...?
... about Wellbeing week?
Wellbeing week this year takes place from October 3 until October 7. In this week, the university (including the Student Chaplaincy) organises a bunch of different activities and workshops surrounding the general theme of (mental) health. Click here to see the full programme.
The Chaplaincy offers support to students and employees of Radboud University and Hogeschool Arnhem Nijmegen who are affected by the war in Ukraine. Anyone who is in need of contact and who wants to express their feelings and fears can contact one of our pastors. Especially students from Ukraine and Russia are welcome to talk about the situation, to express their anxiety and to meet other fellow students.
We also support organizations on the campuses to bring students and/or staff together. Our spaces are available for various types of gatherings (in consultation).
