Wim Hof method course

Would you like to learn to cope better with stress and increase your resilience? Would you like to be guided less by limiting thoughts and be able to focus better? Do you dare to step out of your comfort zone? Then this course may be right for you.
The Wim Hof Method (WHM) consists of a combination of breathing exercises, cold exposure and mindset / meditation. In four two-hour meetings you will learn to practice the WHM in a safe way. Course dates: Thursday, Feb. 8, Tuesday, Feb. 20, Thursday, Feb. 29, Tuesday, Mar. 12.

All meetings take place from 5 - 7 p.m. in the university chaplaincy’s quiet room.

The course will be taught by Katja Teunissen. Katja is a certified WHM trainer and also works as a student advisor and mindfulness trainer at the Faculty of Science
