Content

Societal attention to well-being is continually increasing. A health crisis, an ecological crisis and concerns about work pressure and burnout make it an urgent topic at the individual level, in the workplace and for policy makers in society at large. So how do we foster well-being in society? In three courses we explore what well-being is, what we know about it from empirical research and how different indicators of well-being can be used in policy making.

Students have to register for the minor as a whole as well as for the individual courses.
