Responsibilities

The bachelor’s programme Artificial Intelligence is looking for a student to provide information to students and parents. It is a dynamic and challenging position that can easily be combined with your studies. The tasks are very diverse: from answering questions from prospective students (online) to providing information during (online) activities, such as the Open Days and Bachelor’s Experience Days. Therefore, we are looking for an organisational and communicative team player with a hands-on mentality.

Together with one other student, you will work almost independently on:

  • Co-organising information activities such as Open Days, Experience Days, and Student for a Day. You arrange the deployment of students and provide them with the necessary information and information materials. You speak to students and parents with enthusiasm and knowledge;
  • Providing information during events such as Open Days, Experience Days and School Information Days;
  • Answering questions via the online chat programme Unibuddy and via email.

What we expect from you

For this position we are looking for a student with the following profile:

  • First-year Artificial Intelligence student, or a second-year student who is available for this position for a period of one and a half years. You are able to share your enthusiasm and your experience with the study programme with students and parents;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
  • Socially skilled and representative;
  • Proactive, problem-solving ability;
  • Flexible and service-oriented.

Notes about the conditions of employment

Salary scale 5.0: €18,21 euro gross per hour (excl. holiday allowance, holiday money, public holidays and end-of-year bonus). This position lasts from 01-09-2026 until 31-08-2027. You are available on average two hours per week, in peak times up to 8 to 10 hours per week.
