Responsibilities

In this position you will support the Education Marketing team of Nijmegen School of Management. You will help to promote the (English-taught) Bachelor’s, pre-Master’s and Master’s programmes of Nijmegen School of Management, with responsibilities including:

  • Supporting the Education Marketing staff in their daily activities.
  • Updating internal and external promotional websites and systems.
  • Answering emails of prospective students regarding the programme content, deadlines, application procedure, and any further questions they might have.
  • Supporting the organisation of events (Open Days, Experience Days and Webinars), including active assistance during the activities.
  • Providing campus tours for interested degree-seeking students visiting our campus and providing your experience regarding your study programme during presentations.
  • Contributing ideas to enhance and improve our recruitment and information activities.

What we expect from you

  • You follow a study programme at Nijmegen School of Management;
  • You are currently living in the Netherlands;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
  • You are quick to learn and adapt to new systems;
  • You are creative, flexible, and student-oriented;
  • You are solution-oriented mindset;
  • You are capable of working under pressure;
  • You are detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively while maintaining a clear overview;
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • You arevailable during events, including occasional weekends.

Notes about the conditions of employment
Salary scale 5.0: €18,21 euro gross per hour (excl. holiday allowance, holiday money, public holidays and end-of-year bonus). You are available from September to at least December 2026. The working hours are to be discussed with the student. Hours may vary; on average 8 hours per week, depending on the amount of work available.
