Order a digital copy of video and/or audio material

To be able to receive a digital copy of our photo, video and/or audio material, you have to agree to the following terms of delivery:

1. It is possible to deliver a digital copy of photo, video and/or audio material via e-mail or as a hard copy on a cd-rom.
2. The receiver is responsible for all cost and risk involved with the shipment of the product.
3. The product may only be used exclusively for the purpose for which the image was requested and it may only be used once.
4. The client isn’t allowed to use any image in his/her publication without permission of the original copy right holder. The KDC will always try its best to provide the client with information about the copy right holder. But whenever this isn’t possible, the client must accept full responsibility for any possible copy right infringement.
5. If the KDC is the original copy right holder of a product, the KDC may charge a user fee.
6. The product may never be published in a way that it would violate the personal rights of the photographer or the portrayed.
7. The client will be charged for each individual product, and he/she has to pay for research, reproduction, porti and administration costs. Depending on the specific usages of the product a minimum fee can be set.
8. Source reference is mandatory. When publishing, please refer to us as “Katholiek Documentatie Centrum, Nijmegen (The Netherlands)” and include the name of the copy right holder.
9. When publishing, the client has to send a printed copy of his/her publication to the KDC, free of charge.
10. Before placing an order, the client must agree to all the terms as listed above.
