Starting in October 2021 – Apply NOW !PURPOSE:The Tech Law Clinic aims to develop a new educational approach, culminating in a moot court and a Spring school, in order to raise students’ awareness about the challenging legal implications posed by digital technologies. This educational experience will also serve as a legal experiment to generate research and policy proposals on law and technology.

Would you like to put in practice your legal knowledge, and work on actual human rights protection? Apply for the Nijmegen Law Clinic!The Nijmegen Law Clinic is meant for enthusiastic and driven Master students who would like to contribute to addressing real human rights problems and working with organisations in that field. Any Master student, whether from the Master Dutch law (any specialisation) or International and European law (any specialisation) can apply. The selection will be made on the basis of motivation, commitment and the competences needed for the specific projects.

Rechtsorde will migrate to a new version on July 1. Access to this platform is only possible by creating a personalised account. This is contrary to the applicable privacy guidelines (AVG) and university policy. That is why access has been closed for the time being.

The Law library has extended opening times from Monday 10 May until Friday 2 July, in order to prepare for the examinations.

As this semesters' teaching period is coming to an end, the Faculty of Law will not be conducting the remaining lectures live on campus now. As from 10 May it is possible for all students to make a reservation and work on campus!Please note that the following dates the Law Faculty will be closed due to the Holidays: 5 May, 13&14 May, 24 May.
