Starting in October 2021 – Apply NOW !PURPOSE:The Tech Law Clinic aims to develop a new educational approach, culminating in a moot court and a Spring school, in order to raise students’ awareness about the challenging legal implications posed by digital technologies. This educational experience will also serve as a legal experiment to generate research and policy proposals on law and technology.

Apply for the Nijmegen Law Clinic!The Nijmegen Law Clinic is meant for enthusiastic and driven Master students who would like to contribute to addressing real human rights problems and working with organisations in that field. Any Master student, whether from the Master Dutch law (any specialisation) or International and European law (any specialisation) can apply. The selection will be made on the basis of motivation, commitment and the competences needed for the specific projects.

The Dutch government has extended the financial compensation regulations for students who were registered in the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 and graduate between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021. Masterstudents receive € 535 compensation. Please check the website https://duo.nl/particulier/measures-coronavirus/compensation-for-students.jsp for the exact information and instructions.
