Responsibilities

The Healthy Brain Study is an interdisciplinary research project that emerged from a large-scale collaboration between researchers from Radboud University, Radboudumc, and the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics. Between 2019 and 2024, over 900 participants took part in this collaborative study. From these participants, we collected vast amounts of biological, psychological, and social data. By now, data collection is completed and researchers can request subsets of this data to use in their research.

We are currently looking for a student assistant who can support the project organization.
The main tasks will be:

  • Monitoring, organizing, and replying to incoming communication, including requests for data;
  • Preparing the documentation for data requests;
  • Preparing content for our new website.

What we expect from you

  • You have good communication skills (in English);
  • You are proactive and reliable;
  • You have affinity with medical, physiological, psychological, and/or behavioral research;
  • In the first 6 months, you are available 8 hours per week; after that, we expect the workload to decrease to approximately 4 hours per week.

Notes about the conditions of employment
Salary scale SA: minimum of €18,69 euro gross per hour (excl. holiday allowance, holiday money, public holidays and end-of-year bonus). This position lasts from 18-05-2025 until 15-11-2026. The working hours are flexible. We will together schedule working hours based on your availability, preferences, and the schedule of the project managers.
