ICT support
If students and staff of the law faculty have questions relating to ICT, they can go to the 'ICT in education' desk in the Grotius building or at the ICT Service Centre of Radboud University.
'ICT in education' desk
At the 'ICT in education' desk on the first floor in the Grotius building, next to the study lounge, students and staff of the law faculty can:
- ask questions about the use of ICT in education
- get help with Blackboard
- connect to WiFi
Staff members can also visit the 'ICT in Education' intranet page.
ICT Service Centre of Radboud University
The ICT helpdesk can be contacted by telephone daily from 8.00 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. at 024-3622222. The helpdesk can solve many problems remotely. If not, they will send a support person to you.

What kind of assistance can the ISC provide?
- Issuing wireless guest accounts (identification needed)
- Resetting passwords (identification needed)
- Helping with network connections
- Helping with VPN connections
- Hardware and software assistance (disruptions, requests, advice, issue)
- Solving disruptions to systems
- Providing support for the RU mobile phone
- Providing support for Péage printer problems
(e.g. reimbursement form for costs charged for non-printed prints).
