Babeş-Bolyai University is an academic public institution aiming to promote and sustain the development of specific cultural components within the local, regional, national and international community.

Located in a geographical area characterized by the presence of diverse ethnic and groups, the University has adopted a policy of multiculturalism, its students and teaching staff being Romanian, as well as Hungarian, German and Roma.

The unofficial capital of Transylvania, the 2000-year-old Cluj-Napoca is one of the most vibrant cities in Romania. With a population of around 400,000 people, out of which around 100,000 are college students, the city is bursting with energy the year round.

Deadlines for nomination:
Apply for nomination to the International Office Law before 1 March in order to be included in the first nomination round of the next academic year.

Availability:
Each year, four students may go on exchange to Babeş-Bolyai University for one semester.
