Koç University

Koç University is a relatively young but highly respected private university in İstanbul, founded in 1993, with around 7,200 students in total. Its Law Faculty is especially distinguished: small seminar-style classes and a low professor-student ratio and strong international focus — (at least 30% of law courses are taught in English.)
Studying law at Koç offers rigorous training in public, private, and international law, supported by experienced faculty and robust LLM programs.
Meanwhile, being in İstanbul gives students a truly global and historic backdrop: from the rich legal traditions rooted in Ottoman and Byzantine history to a vibrant, cosmopolitan city life. It’s a place where campus life, professional opportunities, and cultural immersion all come together — ideal for anyone looking to study law with both depth and worldly perspective.
