Thammasat - The First University for the People | Times Higher Education (THE)

Thammasat University, one of the top research universities in Thailand, is aiming to be the education hub of Southeast Asia. It is the second oldest university in Thailand and was established in 1934. There are 27 faculties which offer more than 290 academic programs (117 are undergraduate while the others are graduate level). Presently, there are around 38,657 students. 80% of them are undergraduate students.TU plays an important role in Thai politics and history and has the philosophy to be the University of Moral for people.

Deadlines for nomination:
Apply for nomination to the International Office Law before 1 March in order to be included in the first nomination round of the next academic year (for both first and second semester exchange) After the first round selection takes place on a 'first come first serve' basis.

(Nomination deadline at the partner: 1 May for both semester 1 and 1 September for semester 2).

Availability:
Each year, four students may go on exchange to Thammasat University for one semester.

Course information:
Courses from the undergraduate and graduate programs are available to exchange students and are taught in English.
