The University of Sussex in Brighton has over 13,000 students. Creative thinking, pedagogic diversity, intellectual challenge and interdisciplinarity have always been fundamental to a Sussex education. The Sussex Law School has over the past few years become one of the most successful and fastest-growing Law Schools in the UK, attracting a wide range of academic specialists and students both nationally and internationally.

Deadlines for nomination:
Apply for nomination to the International Office Law before 14 January in order to be included in the first nomination round of the next academic year (for both first and second semester exchange) After the first round selection takes place on a 'first come first serve' basis.

(Nomination deadline at the partner: 1 April for semester 1, 1 October for semester 2)

Please note: this is not a specific Law faculty partner. Please apply before 1 february by mailing internationaloffice@jur.ru.nl.

Availability:
Each year, two students may go on exchange for one semester to University of Sussex.

Admission:
A minimum grade average of 7.0 is required to be admitted as exchange student at the University of Sussex.

See the University website for a list of available courses. The University of Sussex encourages students to choose subjects from other disciplines as well.

Accommodation:
Student housing is available but not guaranteed. It is also possible to find housing through landlords. You can find more information about housing on the university's website.
