Requesting your Transcript of Records

Fill in the form below to request your Transcript of Records. We will send the official document via email to you and the coordinator of your home university.

Important: we need all your grades registered in Osiris (not in Brightspace) before we can prepare your Transcript of Records. Please only fill in this form when you have a complete file overview (including results of the resits) in Osiris. We will not process your request if not all your grades are registered in Osiris.

If you haven't received your grades 15 working days after your exam, please contact your teacher or send an email to internationaloffice@let.ru.nl.

Deadline semester 1: 1 May
Deadline semester 2 + full year: 1 August

First semester students: resits could be scheduled after period 3. Please realize that this will be in March/April, around two months after the end of the first semester. You can follow these steps if you'd like to take a resit in period 3.
