Money matters

You can get your printing and designing costs reimbursed up to 2200 euros (incl. VAT) by your department.

Some Radboudumc PhD students can get extra funding. See the conditions here.

Number of copies and distribution

In theory, the doctoral regulations state: “The Chairman of the Council of the Deans shall determine how many copies are to be supplied”. In practice, ask your supervisor what is the practice in your department. The Pedel needs 10 copies. Your corona members all need one copy. The Paranymphs usually take care of distributing the copies.

The library must receive an electronic copy of your thesis one month before your defense date. Send it to repository@ubn.ru.nl.
