Study associations
Study associations taking a lecturer on a study trip can apply to the International Office Social Sciences (IOSS - ioss@ru.nl) for reimbursement of the costs.
The following conditions/agreements apply:
• Only study trips that comply with article 3 of the SOFv and SLIM group study trip subsidy regulations are eligible for subsidy.
• Study associations report to IOSS no later than 31 August 2025 if they organise a study trip in which a lecturer will accompany them in the period September-December 2025.
• Study associations report to IOSS no later than 1 December 2025 if they are organising a study trip in which a lecturer will accompany them in the period January-July 2026.
• These study associations will be awarded a flat-rate grant of €500 for a lecturer's participation.
• If the cost of a lecturer's participation exceeds €500 and/or if more than one lecturer will participate in the study tour, the study association (and therefore not the programme or lecturer itself) will ensure that the remaining costs are covered.
