All steps incoming exchange students need to undertake after arrival
- The first step is to check-in at the office of Radboud International, so you officially become a Radboud student.
- At the check-in you collect both your student card and your registration card. If the cards are not ready yet, you will be provided with an official letter which will temporarily replace your cards, and which allows you to make use of all services, such as sports facilities, computers, libraries, etc.
- At the check-in you will also receive information concerning your accommodation (where to collect the keys, etc).
- After your check in you can make an appointment with us at the International Mobility Office of the Nijmegen School of Management. We can sign any arrival documents that may be required by your home university. You can also send the arrival form via email.
