Selection and Nomination

You will receive the selection email within four weeks after the relevant deadline. After you receive the selection email, you can check in Osiris which university you have been selected for.

The selection will be based on your motivation letter, English level and grades and will be made taking your preferences into account as much as possible. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that you will be placed at one of your preferred universities. In that case we will consult with you about the alternatives.

After the selection takes place, we will nominate you at the host university. The host university will notify you upon acceptance and guide you through their own registration process. Be aware that depending on the destination, the nomination can either be done by the IMO or Student Life and International Mobility, so make sure to carefully read your emails and follow the instructions you receive from either of our offices. And please note that you are responsible for registering with the host university yourself after our nomination unless explicitly required otherwise by the host university, in which case you need to inform us. Make sure to check their requirements, submit all the requested documents and comply with the host university’s deadlines. If you need to provide a transcript of records you can apply for one here.
