Transcript of Records request form for incoming exchange students Nijmegen School of Management

If you have completed all your courses, exams and resit exams, and your grades are in Osiris, you can use the form below to ask for a Transcript of Records (only for incoming exchange students).

If you are not officially enrolled as a student at the Nijmegen School of Management, please request a transcript at your own faculty.

The Transcript of Records will be sent to you by e-mail only. Please note that it is your own responsibility to forward it to your home university.

Please note:

  • Do not send this request if you plan to take resit exams later on. After you have submitted this form we will not facilitate resit exams anymore!
  • When submitting this request all your grades have to be in Osiris.
  • We will send only one official version of your Transcript of Records.
  • If you want/need a temporary transcript you can print one yourself directly from Osiris or you can ask the STIP desk, they can print one for you as well. However, this won't be an official Transcript of Records!
